New Daytime Opportunities

Paul Moser, our Chair said: “This is such an exciting time for us. We have been lucky enough to line up first class co-ordinators to run very creative sessions to enrich the lives of our members. “

  • Our exciting array of local daytime activities for adults with learning disabilities is proving a big hit
  • Arts and crafts, drama, cookery and sport workshops in Borehamwood.
  • Opportunities every day of the week to learn new creative skills, while socialising with others.

Arts and Crafts

Work with ceramics, painting on canvas, printing,  as well as seasonal gift making.


Work with fresh ingredients, learn to handle food, prepare delicious meals and eat together.


Discussion and role-play situations chosen together. Opportunities for people to act, work backstage and help create scripts.


Watford Football club will provide their professional football coaches to run training sessions.

Just £4 for each session


Coffee Mornings

A friendly place to chat over a cup of tea.  Also offers anyone in need of support the opportunity to ask for informal advice on day-to-day issues, such as help with making a complaint, or understanding a letter received in the post. We welcome relatives and carers.
